Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We would like to personally welcome you to our family’s cabin in the foot hills of the Kiamachi Mountains! We are very excited for you to stay in our dream home in the Ouachita Forest and hope that you and your family have a wonderful vacation here and enjoy it as much as our family does.
We will be your hosts and are available to answer questions you have prior to or during your stay at No Place Lake Home, but we will leave you alone to relax once you have checked in and are all settled so you can enjoy your vacation.
No Place Lake Home is located minutes from the shopping and restaurants of Hochatown and 10 minutes from Broken Bow Lake. Enjoy being surrounded by the beauty and peace of nature, far away from the hustle and bustle.
